Hello, I’m Adrian, a BACP accredited and registered therapist with 15 years’ experience. I am based in Harrogate and offer Counselling to individual’s 18+. 

​I am available for face-to-face sessions or online video sessions nationally for clients who may prefer that.
 
I have undertaken specialist Gender, Sex and Relationship Diversity training, enabling me to work effectively with clients wishing to explore aspects of their identity with a therapist with depth and understanding. I particularly welcome clients from LGBTQ+ communities.As a gay therapist I  work from an affirmative non pathologising stance and respect and value diversity.

​I have a deep understanding of the issues and difficulties faced by our community. I value diversity and treat clients with dignity, respect and understanding.​

I Believe wisdom comes from age and life experience and has helped shape me into the therapist I am today. I have genuine empathy and understanding for the struggles & challenges we humans encounter.
 
I feel very passionately about equality and diversity and the right for each individual to live an authentic life.
